Your learning privacy and records

Your learning progress, test results, completion certificates, Playbook and Tasks belong to this account. They are private and are not shared with family members, coaches, teams or public profiles. A Parent certificate records the adult account holder’s learning, not a child’s completion.

Owned learning records are retained until verified learning or account erasure, subject to applicable preservation holds. Optional Playbook entries should contain general learning goals only; leave out child names, contact information, health information and other identifying or sensitive details.

Download your own learning records without Plus or an active learning role. This is a learning-only export, delivered in separate numbered pages. It excludes lesson bodies, grading keys and pending attempt tokens. For a complete account export or verified erasure, use the existing account privacy support process.

Downloaded files are private copies on your device and remain there after server erasure. No records are removed by downloading.
