Accounts and service providers

Sign in securely with your ChatGPT account. The site receives your account identifier, email address, and available display name from the sign-in service. It does not collect or store a separate Soccer Guide NW password. Your member profile stores your chosen name or nickname, Parent, Player, or Coach starting point, and creation and update times in the site’s hosted database. Choosing a starting point does not verify a relationship or grant access to private team records.

Player accounts are for ages 13 and older. Choosing Player requires an explicit age confirmation, which is saved privately with the profile. We do not request a birth date for this check. This is not independent verification of age and does not grant review eligibility. Children under 13 may explore public resources with a parent or guardian; under-13 player accounts and parent-managed player workspaces are not offered in this release.

Hosting and sign-in services process information needed to provide their services, including network requests and session information. Private member profiles, saved clubs, and learning records are separate from the public club directory.

Plus payments and billing

Plus learning plans are separate monthly subscriptions for the Parent, Player, or Coach role on your own account. Each plan costs $5 USD per month until canceled, with any applicable tax shown before payment. Purchases require confirmation that you are at least 18 years old. A Player profile’s age-13 confirmation does not establish eligibility to purchase.

Stripe processes the payment and billing details you enter on its hosted checkout and billing pages. Soccer Guide NW does not collect card numbers on this website. The site links your member account to Stripe customer, checkout, subscription, and payment identifiers so it can confirm which learning plan is paid.

Private billing records include those identifiers, the selected role, the adult-purchase confirmation time, subscription and access status, paid-period and grace dates, and processing timestamps. The site also stores identifiers and a verification digest for processed payment notifications, plus payment-review identifiers when needed to check access. These records do not contain card numbers. Other members cannot see your billing records; authorized service operators can access records needed to maintain the service.

Open Plus and billing to check your plan or use Stripe’s billing portal to update payment details and cancel renewal. Canceling renewal keeps Plus access through the paid period. Payment failures, expired terms, or payment reviews can limit Plus access; your saved learning progress remains. Returning from checkout alone does not activate Plus. The first two lessons in each unit and essential safety learning remain free.
