Whose opinions are these?
Role-specific experiences, not our verdict
Club results will be labeled as separate “Parent club summary,” “Player club summary,” and “Coach club summary” views for a particular season. They will not be pooled into a blended role score, overall club score, or leaderboard. Individual-Coach results will be labeled “Ratings submitted by parents.” Editorial guidance, coach biographies, directory facts, and verified credentials remain separate.
A verified reviewer label means the account role and required relationship were checked under the release rules. It does not mean every answer was independently proven. Answers about costs, schedules, written expectations, refund terms, contacts, or other observed facts are self-reported participant observations—not facts independently verified by Soccer Guide NW.
Public results will be structured summaries only. There will be no public written reviews, no public individual response cards, and no public reviewer profiles.
Not yet accepting ratings
Review collection opens only after the security, private request, retention, verification, and moderation safeguards are verified. Parent, Player, and Coach club submissions, individual-Coach ratings, attachment requests, and public results remain closed. Disputes will use reconsideration by the sole administrator, not independent appeals.
The rules below describe the approved combined release design; they do not mean collection is open or that its safeguards are operational. Club summaries will keep Parent, Player, and Coach perspectives separate. Individual-Coach ratings will remain limited to eligible adult parents and require the coach’s account registration and verified club attachment. Existing directory listings alone do not make an individual coach eligible.
Safety reports belong in the right channel
Ratings are not a channel for allegations of abuse, discrimination, crimes, or other misconduct, and they are not monitored as an emergency service. No public misconduct labels will be offered. A high or low score is not a safeguarding finding.
For immediate danger, call 911. For other safeguarding concerns, follow the official reporting directions in our player safety guide. A private rating dispute is not a substitute for reporting to the responsible authority.
